Our dedicated team works closely with clients to understand their unique vision, from creating detailed design plans that provide a clear visual representation, to the selection and procurement of all design components. Mosaic Events D.C. provides a fully prepared logistics team and unlimited hours of service to supervise a timely installation of all event elements. MEDC staff are the first to arrive on-site and the very last to leave on event day. MEDC’s team is there to receive all vendor deliveries, manage set-up of the full infrastructure of your event, provide guest assistance, cue activities for a successful event flow, liaise with venue management, and oversee the final strike. We are there to bolster every client’s expectation throughout the duration of the event.
